Transfer USDC From Binance to Hyperliquid Safely

The safe route is not a shortcut: verify the current deposit instructions, make a small test transfer to your own wallet, then make a small Hyperliquid deposit.

Affiliate disclosure: TradeMarkets.pro may receive compensation if you register through Binance links on this page. This does not change your fees or replace your responsibility to verify official terms, eligibility and risk.

Important: Binance is a centralized platform with KYC and product availability that can vary by jurisdiction. Hyperliquid uses a wallet-based workflow, but its availability can also be restricted. Do not use a VPN or inaccurate details to bypass restrictions.

Before You Start: Four Things Must Match

USDC exists on multiple networks. A successful transfer requires the same asset, same network, correct destination address and current deposit route. Never infer a network from an article, a token ticker or a past transaction.

  1. Open the official Hyperliquid app yourself and review its live deposit instructions.
  2. Confirm the displayed collateral asset and supported source route.
  3. Check that Binance currently offers withdrawals for that exact asset and network in your account and region.
  4. Use a new or dedicated self-custody wallet you control, with enough native token for gas on the relevant network.
If any name, chain, address format or warning is unclear, stop. Support for assets and networks can change; an incorrect on-chain transfer may not be recoverable.

Recommended First-Time Route

For a first transfer, use a self-custody wallet between Binance and Hyperliquid. It adds a step, but lets you verify that the withdrawal arrived under your control before using the Hyperliquid deposit flow.

StepWhat to verifyWhy it matters
1. Prepare walletYou control its recovery phrase; it has native gas.You can receive, sign and recover access independently.
2. Check live deposit routeOfficial Hyperliquid app shows the asset and route.Static guides can become outdated.
3. Withdraw test amountBinance asset and network exactly match your wallet route.USDC on different networks is not interchangeable.
4. Confirm wallet receiptAddress, token contract and network are correct.Do not continue merely because a balance looks familiar.
5. Deposit test amountHyperliquid's official flow accepts the funds.Confirms the complete route before scaling up.

Step 1: Prepare a Dedicated Wallet

Create or use a separate trading wallet in Rabby, MetaMask or another compatible wallet. Store recovery material offline and never share it. Keep a small amount of the native gas asset in that wallet; holding USDC alone may not let you approve, move or recover the transfer.

Step 2: Read Hyperliquid's Live Deposit Screen

Navigate to the official app through a saved, verified URL—not a search ad or a link sent in a message. Connect the dedicated wallet and open its deposit flow. Record the exact asset, network or bridge path shown there. This live screen is the authority for the next steps.

Step 3: Make a Small Binance Withdrawal

On Binance, verify the account, withdrawal availability, asset name and network one more time. Paste your wallet address, then compare the first and last characters with the wallet display. Send only a small amount that you can afford to lose while testing.

Do not select a network because it is cheapest. It must be the one that exactly matches the wallet and current Hyperliquid route. Review Binance's displayed fee, minimum and processing notice before submitting.

Step 4: Verify the Wallet Receipt

Wait for the withdrawal to complete, then independently check the wallet's selected network, received asset and amount. If the wallet does not show the asset as expected, do not send another transfer or try a different chain at random. Investigate the transaction hash and the official support documentation first.

Step 5: Make a Small Hyperliquid Deposit

Use only the deposit path currently displayed in the official Hyperliquid app. Review the transaction in the wallet before signing. After the test deposit appears, consider placing and closing a tiny low-leverage position, then review the withdrawal route before increasing exposure.

Keep the First Transfer Boring

A small test amount, a dedicated wallet and a verified live deposit screen are more valuable than saving a network fee. Perpetual futures add liquidation risk after the funding step, so do not rush into leverage.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

FAQ

Can I send USDC directly from Binance to Hyperliquid?
Only use a direct route if the current official Hyperliquid deposit screen explicitly provides a destination, asset and network that Binance supports exactly. For a first transfer, a self-custody wallet makes each step easier to verify.
Which network should I choose?
There is no universally correct network. Check Hyperliquid's live deposit instructions first, then select the identical USDC network in Binance. A token name by itself is not a sufficient match.
Why use a small test amount?
It confirms the asset, network, address and deposit route before a larger amount is exposed to a mistake.
